Me: Im full of ur pity, is there anything else to eat?
He: You took my Heart, Body, Spirit and Soul. You took all the things I dear to hold. Here… Let me scrape out my Bones.

How many times have you ran your fingers across your screen hoping you can touch that person?

Everyone’s Thoughts

Back To School!
I guess this is bad news for those who like my drawings.
I have to spend lots of time to do my school work cuz….#__# Its the days where I enhance my capabilities.
So I cannot be distracted! I’ll be doing Fine Arts & Cultural Communication A Level consisting of possibly 20 courses that must be finished within 2 consecutive semesters.
But I will keep my school artwork posted!! (no pinkie swears cuz I dont know if ill be allowed to)
See yah!

You’re cold to the touch. Pale grey. I know what you are.

You know when you read something and you have to stop every other page because you want to read it out loud to the person sitting next to you?
This is like that. Only you’re the person sitting next to us and we can’t read it out loud because this book doesn’t come out until January!
Grrr. C’est la vie.
Holly Black’s The Darkest Part of the Forest marks her triumphant return to her faerie roots, and will be out January 13, 2015. Until then here’s a taste:

Children can have a cruel, absolute sense of justice. Children can kill a monster and feel quite proud of themselves. A girl can look at her brother and believe they’re destined to be a knight and a bard who battle evil. She can believe she’s found the thing she’s been made for.
Hazel lives with her brother, Ben, in the strange town of Fairfold where humans and fae exist side by side. The faeries’ seemingly harmless magic attracts tourists, but Hazel knows how dangerous they can be, and she knows how to stop them. Or she did, once.
At the center of it all, there is a glass coffin in the woods. It rests right on the ground and in it sleeps a boy with horns on his head and ears as pointed as knives. Hazel and Ben were both in love with him as children. The boy has slept there for generations, never waking.
Until one day, he does…
As the world turns upside down, Hazel tries to remember her years pretending to be a knight. But swept up in new love, shifting loyalties, and the fresh sting of betrayal, will it be enough?

And this cover! Beautiful, right?
And check out the UK cover here.
